1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using LawyersHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Services

LawyersHub provides an online platform that connects clients with licensed attorneys for legal consultations, advice, and services. We facilitate:

• Lawyer search and discovery based on specialization and location
• Online appointment scheduling and booking
• Secure video consultation capabilities
• Payment processing for legal services
• Document sharing and management

Important: LawyersHub is a platform service only. We do not provide legal advice or practice law. All legal services are provided directly by independent licensed attorneys.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Attorney-Client Relationship

An attorney-client relationship is established directly between you and the attorney you choose to consult with, not with LawyersHub. We are not a party to the attorney-client relationship. All communications between you and your attorney are confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege.

5. Payments and Fees

By booking a consultation through LawyersHub, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with the legal services you book
• Provide current, complete, and accurate payment information
• Pay a platform service fee in addition to attorney fees
• Accept that all fees are non-refundable except as required by law or attorney ethical rules

Attorneys set their own fees. LawyersHub charges a service fee for platform usage and payment processing.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consultations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation may be subject to a cancellation fee. Individual attorneys may have their own cancellation policies which will be disclosed at booking.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or attorneys
• Provide false or misleading information
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform to solicit business outside of our platform
• Record consultations without explicit consent

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by LawyersHub and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

LawyersHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of legal advice provided by attorneys on our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LawyersHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
